With more than 20 years of experience and training under renowned leaders in his specialty, Dr. Pelinkovic specializes in minimally invasive and outpatient spine surgery, including procedures involving the neck, mid-back, lower back, disc replacement, and revision spine surgery.

He is recognized for his accurate diagnoses, comprehensive patient consultations, and expertise in evaluating and treating patients with spinal injuries, disorders, and deformities.

After completing his training in both Germany and the Midwest, Dr. Pelinkovic practiced throughout the Chicagoland area, including at RUSH University, Edward Hospital, and Elmhurst Hospital.

Dr. Pelinkovic joined Suburban Orthopaedics in 2018 following his time at M&M Orthopaedics Spine Center, where he utilized advanced spine surgery techniques to help reduce hospital stays for patients.

Dr. Pelinkovic provides same-day second opinions, helping patients in our community access the most appropriate and least invasive treatment options available.
