Dr. Jonathan L. Hook is ABFAS® Board Certified in Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery (RRA). He is extensively trained in both operative and non-operative management of foot and ankle conditions.

Dr. Hook completed a three-year surgical residency at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine and Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Rosalind Franklin University, and his Bachelor’s Degree from Bradley University.

He emphasizes evidence-based, individualized care and offers the full spectrum of treatment options, including preventative strategies, conservative management, and surgical intervention. Dr. Hook is trained in all aspects of foot and ankle care, with particular interest in complex reconstruction, sports medicine, and minimally invasive surgical techniques.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Hook serves as Fellowship Program Director of the Weil Foot and Ankle Surgical Fellowship. He is an active member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American Podiatric Medical Association.
