Dr. Alexander Lawson is a Northwest Illinois native and graduate of Augustana College, where he earned a double major in Biology and Pre-Medicine. He completed his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University, followed by a three-year surgical residency in the Department of Orthopedics at RUSH University Medical Center in Chicago.

Dr. Lawson is trained in the full scope of foot and ankle surgery, with focused expertise in bunion and hammertoe correction, flatfoot reconstruction, trauma, sports injuries, arthroscopy, and diabetic limb salvage. He is committed to evidence-based care, clear communication, and working collaboratively with patients to guide treatment decisions and optimize outcomes.
